血清血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜异位症中的临床意义 被引量:3

Clinical significance of serum vascular endothelial growth factor in endometriosis

摘要 目的探讨血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症(EM)诊疗中的意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法动态检测25例EM患者和25例非EM患者手术前后血清中VEGF的含量。结果EM患者术前血清中VEGF水平明显高于非EM患者(P〈0.01),Ⅲ~Ⅳ期EM患者血清VEGF水平高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P〈0.01),术后EM患者血清VEGF水平迅速下降,2例术后3个月复发患者的血清VEGF水平呈增高趋势。结论血清VEGF在EM发病中起着重要作用,并可作为评价EM临床疗效及病情转归的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the significance of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis ( EM ). Methods The levels of serum VEGF were meaured by enzymelinked immunoadsordent assay ( ELISA ) in 25 women with EM and 25 women without EM before and after surgery. Results The levels of serum VEGF before surgery were significantly higher in EM group than that in the control group(P 〈 0.01 ). VEGF level of EM stages Ⅲ~Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of EM stages Ⅰ~Ⅱ (P 〈0.01 ). The levels of VEGF appeared to be lowered rapidly after surgery in both groups,but VEGF kept in a trigh level in 2 patients with recurrence 3 months after surgery. Conclusion VEGF plays an important role in EM, and may be an important index for evaluation of clinical efficacy and prognosis for patients with endometriosis.
