论民国时期职业教育的特点及其当代价值

On the features and values of the vocational education in the Republic of China

民国时期的职业教育在复杂的社会环境中产生并经过了近40年的发展历程,具有鲜明的特点,为我们积累了丰富的经验,对于当今我国职业教育的发展具有重要的借鉴价值。即转变观念,促使职业教育可持续发展;统筹兼顾,促进职业教育平衡发展;克服弊病,探索职业教育社会化的道路;突出重点,推进农村职业教育的健康发展;与时俱进,加强职业教育法制建设。

The vocational education in the Republic of China undergoes a development for 40 years through a complicated social setting, thus forming its unique and valuable features. It is argued that a prompt change of ideology, complementary development of education, creative exploration of the vocational popularization, improvement of rural vocational education, and legal system will add up to a sustainable development of vocational education.
