输煤系统撒煤的量化分析与综合治理

Quantitative Analysis and Comprehensive Treatment about Coal Dropping from Belts in Coal Conveying System

撒煤是影响输煤系统文明生产的主要问题之一,由于撒煤部位和原因复杂多样,治理起来非常困难。为此,以妈湾发电总厂输煤系统为例,将撒煤按4项指标来表征,并分别量化,根据不同部位将4项指标加权总和,从而直观地找到主要症结,并制定出综合治理方案。此方法对所有输煤系统撒煤的分析都具有借鉴意义。

It is one of the most bothersome problems that the coal drops from bets in a coal conveying system. For the complexity and multiplicity of the positions and reasons, it is very difficult to deal with the coal dropping from belts. In this paper, the coal conveying system of Mawan General Power Plant exampled, four indexes are provided to quantify the dropped coal. By summating the four indexes in the different positions according to the weight of them, the main reasons can be found directly and comprehensive treatment measures are presented. This quantitative analysis is of practical significance to all coal conveying systems to analyze the coal dropping from the belts.
