闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折 被引量:14

Clinical Results of Treatment for Distal Femoral Fractures With Close Reduction and Retrograde Intramedullary Interlocking Nail

摘要 目的探讨临床应用闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法笔者自2002年6月~2005年5月,采用闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折28例。结果获得随访28例,时间4~20个月,平均11个月。骨折平均愈合时间5个月,根据HSS膝关节临床功能评定:优12例,良11例,优良率82.2%,可5例(17.8%),无术后感染及内固定断裂。结论闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉能提供坚强内固定,出血少,创伤小,有利于骨折的愈合和膝关节功能的恢复,是治疗股骨远端骨折的较理想方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application and the optimum operation methods of retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails in treatment of distal femoral fractures. Methods From June 2002 to May 2005, 28 cases of distal femoral fractures were treated with retrograde placement of interlocking intramedullary nails and close reduction. Results Twenty - eight patients were followed up for 4 to 20 months, 11 months on average. The average time of bone healing was 5 months. The functional scores on HSS: 12 were excellent and 11 good with an excellence rate of 82.2%. Five were fair aecounting for 17.8%. There was no implant breakage and infection. Conclusion It is a good way with retrograde intramedullary nail and close reduction to treat the distal femoral fracture. It can provide a stable and reliable fixation, less blood loss and minimal disruption of the blood supply in the fracture site. It facilitates the fracture healing and the functional recovery of the knee joint and worthwhile to be recommended.
