摘要:采用熔融。急冷法制备了组成为70GeS2-20Sb2S3—10CsCl(摩尔比,下同)硫卤玻璃,测试了样品从可见到中远红外的透过性能以及折射率参数,根据Z扫描测试原理用钛宝石飞秒激光器测试了样品的三阶非线性特性随波长变化的特性。结果表明:非线性折射率n2和非线性吸收系数β随着波长的增加而降低,样品在850nm处的非线性折射率n2=0.94×10^—11esu,非线性吸收系数β=0.51cm/GW。
Chalco-halide glass with ,the composition of 70GeS2-20Sb2S3-10CsCl (molar percent) was prepared by the conventional melt-quenching technology. The visible-infrared transmission properties and refractive index of sample had been measured. The wavelength dependence of third-order nonlinear optical properties of glass was investigated by Z-scan technique using Ti:Sapphire femto-second laser pluses. It has been found that the nonlinear-index coefficient n2 and the nonlinear absorption coefficient β decrease with the increasing of wavelength. The values of n2 and β at 850 nm in glass are equal to 0.94 × 10^-11 esu and 0.51 cm/GW, respectively.
