氟氧碲酸盐玻璃上转换荧光研究

The Upconversion Luminescence of Oxyfluoride Tellurite Glasses

摘要 制备了3种掺铒氟氧碲酸盐玻璃,研究了其热稳定性、拉曼光谱和上转换光谱,分析了上转换发光机制。结果表明:TeO2-ZnO-TiO2-BaF2-PbF2玻璃具有良好的抗析晶性能,较低的最大声子能量,是一种潜在上转换激光器的基质材料。 Three oxyfluoride tellurite glasses were synthesized, the thermal stability, raman spectrum and upconversion spectra were investigated. The result indicates that TeO2-ZnO-TiO2-BaF2-PbF2 glass, has the better thermal stability, the smaller maximum phonon energies, which can be used as potential host matersials for upconversion lasers.
