This paple introduced the production process of environmental refrigerant R600a with the CCR unit of propane and butane as raw material. By confirming the raw material, technical procedure and with the help of Aspen plus which was a software specializes in technique design, simulated calculation of the production unit was made. It also brought up the method of technique design and key points during installation of the essential equipment. Moreover, the specific conditions of operation, the identification of the best feed-in position and the meaning to establish the unit were also mentioned.
