如何评估接受5α还原酶抑制剂治疗患者PSA值
摘要
PSA是诊断和随访前列腺癌的特异性标记物,5α还原酶抑制剂影响血清PSA的值,对于应用5α还原酶抑制剂的患者,如何根据测出值预测患者的实际PSA值来指导诊疗呢？本文作一综述。
