凋亡在前列腺癌发生和治疗中的意义
摘要
临床上对于激素非依赖性前列腺癌尚无有效治疗。研究证实,前列腺癌的发生是由于细胞增殖与凋亡失衡导致细胞数目增加,提示通过诱导细胞凋亡可能成为进展期前列腺癌的有效治疗途径。本文对前列腺癌发生中的细胞增殖、细胞周期进展和凋亡诱导调节及诱导凋亡治疗作一综述。
