慢性肾功能衰竭营养状态与微炎症状态的关系

摘要
慢性肾功能衰竭患者普遍存在着营养不良,而营养不良是引起患者生存质量及预后差的一个重要因素。营养不良发生的原因是多方面的,慢性肾功能衰竭患者普遍存在的微炎症在营养不良的发生中起着重要作用,本文就此作一综述。
