摘要
该文从系统要求、硬件设计、软件设计等几个部分,介绍了以Inte180C31单片机为核心控制器件和外围电路以及与之相配套的汇编语言软件等构成的高层电梯运行自动控制系统。硬件设计部分介绍了电梯上下行控制、开关门控制、当前所在层读取、电机驱动、按键扫描、霍尔传感器、层位数码管显示、上下行招呼指示电路等硬件结构。软件设计部分介绍了系统程序设计概述、片内内存分配和程序功能分析,着重介绍了主程序的逻辑结构,还分别介绍了按键扫描、层位读取、显示等子程序的结构和功能。
This article introduces an automatic control system of elevator' s movements for high building whose kernel control device is intel80C31 single-chip, additional outer circuit and fitting compile language program, from the respects of system request, hardware design, and software design, etc, For the hardware part, the controlling devices such as up-down movement, open-close door, approaching layer collection, motor drive, keys scanning, Hall sensor, layer position digital display, up-down call indicative circuit are all introduced. For the software part, a survey for the system program design, inside RAM distribution and functional analysis are then discussed with emphasis on the major program' s logical construction following a brief and separate introduction to the subprogram' s construction and function of keys scanning, layer position collection, and display.
