摘要
管理队伍的建设是学校人才队伍建设的一个重要组成部分，没有高水平的管理，也就不会有高水平的大学。应该重视发挥设备秘书队伍的作用并在工作实践中不断培养提高设备秘书的素质。
The building of the management team with ability is an important part at the school. The school can＇t be a good school without good management. This article introduces that Sun Yat- Sen University attaches importance to the action of equipment secretary team, and making progress in practice.
