摘要
该文介绍了心理学情感理论在设备管理实践中的应用和体会，提出了需要、道德、理解3种情感在实验设备管理中应用的意义和原则，指出了注意对实验设备管理中相关人员的心理情感的认知和协调，是激励相关人员在事业上的积极性和创造性的不可忽视的一个重要因素。
This article presented the application and experience of practicing psychology sensibility theory in management of equipment. The significance and principle of applying ＂demand, morality, understandability＂ in laboratory apparatus was discussed. It was very important for inspiring with the managers＇ enthusiasm and creativity that we should pay attention to cognizing and harmonizing mental sensibility of laboratory apparatus＇ s managers.
