摘要
利用钢坯在线测温技术对钢坯在加热炉整个加热过程中不同断面、不同层面及炉温进行实时检测,从炉气温度分布、钢坯长度方向上温度分布、钢坯断面温差、钢坯在炉时间等几个方面进行了技术分析,优化了原有的加热制度,降低了加热炉的能耗及钢坯的氧化烧损。
Temperature of various section and layer surface heating furnace was measured by temperature testing technology real time in the progress of heating billet. Technology analysis is done in aspects of temperature distributing of furnace air, billet in length and in section, time in furnace. Energy consuming and oxygenation loss have been reduced after heating system was optimized.
