腈纶水洗拉伸机组全数字变频调速系统

摘要 为了解决某腈纶厂水洗拉伸机组模拟直流调速系统,速度和张力控制精度低、不稳定,由于采用大量继电器进行逻辑控制,出现故障时很难确定故障点,增加了设备维护难度,严重影响正常生产的问题,设计了全数字变频调速系统。通过构建ABB变频器和S7-300 PLC组成的Profibus-DP网,设计了系统的网络组成结构,并列出部分参数设置。提出拉伸、卷曲电机的同步控制和拉伸辊电机的ABB变频器窗口控制功能实现张力控制策略。现场运行表明,该系统具有控制精度高、维护简单和节能降耗的特点。 Digital inverter drive system is designed to solve the low precision and unstahilization of speed and tension caused by analogue actiyator running in some acrylic fiber factory. On otherside, it's difficult to diagnosis the fault of acrylic fiber wash-draw machines control system, and the daily production is badly influenced. The Profibus-DP networks including ABB inverts and S7-300 program logic controller are built based on the analysis of the techniques process. The structure of DP networks is designed. The hardware of the digital inverter is designed, and the setting of some parameters is described. It pays emphases on the synchronization control of wash-draw and tension control of crimper machine. The application result shows that the system is characterized by high accuracy of speed, operating simply, and reduced the consumption.
