摘要 针对数控系统的工作特点和要求,通过对TI公司新推出的DSP芯片TMS320F2812和ALTERA公司的FPGA芯片EP1K30功能和特点的深入分析,给出了一种基于DSP和FPGA的运动控制卡的设计与实现。在充分考虑上述芯片特点和资源的基础上,该卡采用DSP和FPGA取代单片机,能够更好地满足数控系统对运动控制单元的实时性和控制精度的苛刻要求。某型号三轴仿真转台已采用该运动控制卡作为主控制电路,并能很好地实现转台的定位精度,转速等性能指标要求。 To the characteristics and requirements of the CNC system, and based on analyzing the functions and traits of DSP chip TMS320F2812, and FPGA chip EP1K30, the design and realization of movement control board based on DSP and FPGA are presented. The design adopts DSP and FPGA to replace mierocontroller under full considerations of their resources and traits, and can better fulfill the requirements of motion control on precision and real-time ability. A certain three-axis simulation turntable has adopted the movement control board as the main control board, and perfectly realized the requirements on the precision of position, velocity, etc.
