动力髋螺钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床分析(附26例报告)

Dynamic hip screw in treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur: a report of 26 cases

目的观察动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法对使用DHS内固定治疗的26例股骨粗隆间骨折的分类、手术方法、术后结果进行分析。结果所有病例经术后随访骨折均愈合,髋关节功能优良率为92.31%。结论DHS是内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折比较理想的方法。

Objective To tertrochanter fracture of femur. summarize the clinical results of dynamic hip screw （DHS） in treatment of in- Methods The classification, operative ways and postoperative outcomes were analyzed for 26 patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur treated with DHS fixation. Results The postoperative follow- up of all patients showed good healing of all the fractures. The excellent rate of hip joint function recovery was 92.31%. Conclusion DHS fixation is a satisfactory way in treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur.
