摘要
研究了永磁同步电机(PMSM)电流环的三种控制方法:P调节、P调节加前馈控制和PI调节.其中PI调节器可以实现dq轴电流的近似解耦和无静差控制,较适合于工程应用.对电流的控制最后要通过对绕组电压的控制来实现,为此研究了一种输出电压控制方法,即空间矢量PWM法的原理及实现方法.介绍了一种基于DSP的全数字化控制系统硬件构成.实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性.
It is known from the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) that the couples exist between voltage and current along d and q axes. Therefore, the digital control methods for current loop are one of the key problems. Three control methods, including proportional (P) regulator. P regulator plus feed forward control and proportional integral (PI) regulator, were studied, of which the PI regulator is more suitable for industrial application. The Space vector pulse-width modulation (SVPWM) method and its implement were also studied, to control the winding currents. The experiments show the usefulness of the proposed algorithms.
