机器人等离子熔射成形过程模拟及实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 建立了机器人等离子熔射成形过程数学模型,采用ANSYS数值模拟软件对多周期的机器人熔射成形过程进行数值模拟.模拟分析了不同叠加角度条件下的多周期熔射成形过程并与实验结果进行了比较.结果表明采用90°轨迹叠加角度,可以获得具有最小残余应力分布和更加致密组织结构的金属皮膜,有利于提高熔射金属皮膜的成形性. On the basis of the numerical model for robotic plasma spray forming process, the multi-cycle robotic plasma spray forming process was simulated by the numerical simulation software ANSYS. The forming processes with different path overlapping angles are analyzed and compared with the experiment results. The results shows that the metal film with the minimum residual stress distributing and the more compact structure can be gained when using 90° path overlapping angle, which can also be help for improving the formability of the sprayed metal film.
