摘要
针对大型水电工程项目进度评价问题进行了探讨,并引入了总体进度的概念.在此基础上运用分类加权的方法评价项目进度,并详细介绍了该方法的基本原理和步骤.对总体进度的评价,将投资量作为不同实物工程量的公度指标,同时用权重反映影响进度的各种因素,通过对不同实物工程的完成量分类加权来评价总体进度.最后给出了实际应用的算例.
The concept of the comprehensive progress is proposed, after the evaluation of project progress was discussed, and. The weighted-average method is presented,to evaluate the comprehensive progress and the basic principle and steps of this method are given in detail. Investment quantity in this method is taken as the commensurable index, weight is used to reflect the various influences on progress, and the weighted-average is adopted to evaluate the comprehensive progress for the completed quantities of various work quantities. And finally, an example of the actual application is given.
