摘要
针对齿轮转动中侧隙对系统带来的误差进行分析,指出齿轮侧隙对系统误差为零误差或一次误差,即齿轮侧隙误差没有累积效应,进而提出一种消除误差的方法。并将该研究应用于一机器人手臂达到很好的效果。
In this paper, the influence of the gear gap has been discussed. Furthermore,a method to eliminating the gap error has been proposed. The simulation and experiments show that the method can attain a better result.
