摘要
为了筛选防治杂交竹枯梢病的有效药剂,以菌落生长法和孢子萌发率法测定和比较了12种常用杀菌剂对杂交竹枯梢病菌竹长喙壳菌Ceratosphaeria phyllostachydis Zhang TZ01菌株的毒力。试验结果表明:甲基托布津、多菌灵、代森锰锌、炭疽福美这4种杀菌剂对TZ01有较好的抑制作用,能极显著的抑制TZ01的菌丝生长,其EC50分别是1.265,3.567,4.569,26.450 mg/L。另外筛选出的药剂对TZ01孢子的萌发均有较强的抑制作用,在EC50浓度下这4种药剂对TZ01孢子萌发的抑制百分率分别为59.5%,67.9%,54.8%,47.8%。综合菌丝生长抑制率和孢子萌发抑制率两方面评定,认为甲基托布津对病菌的抑制作用最强。但因为甲基托布津易引起病菌的抗药性因而在田间试验和推广应用时可与其它筛选出的3种杀菌剂轮换使用。
Twelve fungicides were screened against Ceratosphaeria phyllostachydis Zhang TZ01 (pathogen of hybrid bamboo blight disease) with mycelium growing method and spore germination method in lab. The result showed that 4 fungicides included thiophanate-methyl, carbendazine, mancozeb, thiram + ziram had better effect on the inhibition of the strains growth, and their EC60 were 1. 265, 3. 567,4. 569,26. 450 mg/L respectively. Furthermore, the 4 fungicides could inhibit the spores germination of TZ01, the inhibiting rate were 59.5 %, 67.9 %, 54.8 %, 47.8 % respectively, In general, the thiophanate-methyl was the best fungicide against TZ01. Thiophanate-methyl could cause the pathogen resistance easily, so it should be used in alternation,
