提出了基于制造执行系统(MES)的生产管理控制系统,可以实现对车间生产的管理与控制,实现信息的无缝集成。主要内容如下:基于化纤公司的实际生产管理现状,设计出了一套适于实际生产状况的基于MES的生产管理控制系统方案,包括软件架构、硬件架构、总体结构,同时提出了实施的流程以及运行流程。

The manufacturing execution system（EMS） of production management and control is mentioned. MES is used in workshop, the process of production can be managed and controlled and the information can be linked completely. The main content is as follows： Considering the actual current situation in Chemical fiber Company,it designs a set of system of production management and control based on MES that is suitable to the company , including the structure of software and hardware and total structure of the system. In the end, it designs the process of implementing the system and describe the process of operation.
