摘要 介绍一种可实现无人值守下的视频监控统的报警系统设计。该系统通过对视频信号的提取和图像处理,实现对异常事件的自动报警。主要阐述在视频监控中,异常报警的基本原理。说明运动检测和模板匹配的基本方法。 The paper presents a video surveillance system without man’s watching. In this system, it can auto alarm to abnormity by video processing and image processing. The paper main presents that the fundamental principle of auto alarm and fundamental method of motion detection and template matching.
