家蝇三龄幼虫血细胞形态的观察

The morphological character of hemocytes in the musca domestica larva of the 3th instar

目的通过姬氏染色法以便观察家蝇三龄幼虫的各种血细胞形态。方法取家蝇三龄幼虫血淋巴制作血涂片,姬氏染液染色,油镜观察。结果染色效果良好,家蝇三龄幼虫的各种血细胞结构清晰。可分为原血胞、浆血胞、粒血胞、珠血胞、类绛血胞5种。其中浆血胞可分为大核浆血胞和小核浆血胞两种。结论家蝇三龄幼虫血细胞分为5种。

Objective To observe the hemocytes of musca domesfica larva of the 3th instar by Giemsa＇s staining .Methods The hemocytes smear was observed after staining. Results The effect of the stain was excellent. The structure of the hemocytes was seen clearly, and it is divided into prohemocyte.plasmutocyte.granulocyte.sphrulocyte.oenocytoid. Also the plasmutocyte is divided into trophic nucleus hematocyte and micronuclei hematocyte. Conclusions hemocytes in the musca domestica larva of the 3th instar is divided into five types.
