小剂量米力农联合大剂量参麦注射液对扩张型心肌病顽固性心衰的治疗观察

Clinical observation of injection liquid of lower dose Milrinone combinded with higher dose Shenmai in treating Extensive myocardial disease with unprogressive heart failure

目的观察小剂量米力农联合大剂量参麦注射液对扩张型心肌病顽固性心衰的疗效。方法对收住本院心内科的扩张型心肌病顽固性心衰患者46例,随机分为2组,对照组20例给予常规抗心衰治疗;治疗组26例在常规抗心衰治疗的基础上,加用小剂量米力农和大剂量参麦注射液治疗,观察2组疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的治疗有效率分别为95.7%和76.2%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(υ=2.6544,P<0.05),差异具有统计学显著性。结论小剂量米力农和大剂量参麦注射液治疗扩张型心肌病顽固性心衰,具有良好的抗心衰疗效,提示米力农、参麦注射液有保护心肌细胞、增加心肌收缩力、增加心输出量等作用,无明显不良反应。

Objective To study the curative effect of injection liquid-lower dose Milrinone combined with higher extensive myocardial disease with unprogressive heart failure. Methods Randomly divide 46 cases Shenmai-oases of patients hospitalized in our heart medicine for extensive myocardial disease with unprogressive heart failure into two groups, 20 eases who were carded on regular anti-heart failure in control group; in treatment group, 26 cases who were carded on injection liquid of lower dose Milrinone combined with higher dose Shenmai based on regular anti-heart failure, and observe the curative effect. Results The treatment group effective rate is 95.7%,the control group is 76.2%, there are statistically significant in both groups （v=2.6544,P〈0.05）. Conclusions The study indicates that injection liquid of lower dose Milrinone Combined with higher dose Shenmai has better curative effect on extensive myocardial disease with unprogressive heart failure, protects the myocardial cell, increase the myocardial constringency power and so on, and there are not obvious side effects.
