随着电子商务技术的发展成熟,该技术越来越多地被运用于公共机构和政府组织的管理领域。电子政务(E-Govern-ment)可以为个人、商业群体和其他组织提供更便捷的公共服务。本文对电子政务的形式和其发展阶段进行了探讨和分析。

As e-commerce matures and its tools and applications improve, greater attention is being given to its use to improve the business of public institutions and governments. E-Government is the use of information technology in general, and e-commerce in particular, to provide citizens and organizations with more convenient access to government information and services and to provide delivery of public services to citizens, business partners, and those working in the public sector. The major categories and implementation process of E-Government is discussed in this paper.
