摘要
本文通过对比分析电子商务国内外服务水平管理的发展状况、服务水平管理产生的原因、服务水平管理的实施等,旨在找出我国与国外服务水平管理存在的差距,给出合理的建议与措施,进而促进我国电子商务的发展。
Development, reason, and application of electronic commerce are analyzed Due to the difference between domestic and abroad, some suggestions were given, which will do good to development of electronic commerce in China.
