摘要 [目的]了解成都市居民“火锅综合征”发生状况与特征,为研究火锅综合征的产生机理及预防措施提供科学依据。[方法]按分层整群抽样法,选取成都市388名火锅食用者进行面对面访谈式问卷的现况调查。[结果]成都市火锅消费人群中,有84.8%的人出现各种不适症状,以口干(50.4%)、肛门烧灼感(22.6%)、排便次数增加(18.0%)、腹泻(16.2%)、痤疮(23.9%)等症状较为常见,并且部分症状的性别和年龄差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]火锅综合征在火锅消费人群中普遍存在,且对健康具有一定的危害,值得关注。 [Objective]To investigate the incidence and characteristics of the Chafing dish syndrome(CDS)among residents in Chengdu,and provide scientific basis for finding its mechanism and proposing protective measures.[Methods]A questionnaire investigation with face to face interview was conducted in 388 subjects selected from the people consuming chafing dish in Chengdu by stratified cluster sampling method.[Results]84.8% of subjects had suffered from CDS.The symptoms with higher frequency mainly included thirst(50.4%)、anus cauterization(22.6%) ,frequent drainage(18.0%),diarrhea (16.2%),acne(23.9%),and so on,And some symptoms showed the significant difierence on both gender and age [Conclusions]The CDS are very popular among the population consuming the Chafing dish and have advense effects on health,Mone research will be necessary.
