摘要
[目的]了解深圳市南山区高中生艾滋病知识态度行为情况,为在学校开展预防艾滋病的健康教育提供参考依据。[方法]使用自制问卷对深圳市南山区5所高中1115名学生进行横断面调查。[结果]艾滋病基本知识平均正确率为70.1%,传播途径为81.8%,非传播途径为81.4%,预防知识为75.8%,除传播途径外其他3类艾滋病知识在男女生间差别均有统计学意义,除非传播途径外其他3类艾滋病知识在年级间差别均有统计学意义;女生艾滋病相关态度得分较高,年级间差别不明显;艾滋病一些相关危险行为检出率分别为吸烟为15.8%,饮酒为69.4%,早恋为45.8%,性行为发生为6.0%。这些行为在性别和年级间差别均有统计学意义,一般男生高于女生,高年级高于低年级。[结论]高中生艾滋病相关知识态度行为情况在性别和年级间均有差别,应该针对不同对象开展不同的预防艾滋病的健康教育。
[Objetive] To know the condition about KAP (knowledge, attitude andjpractice) of AIDS among senior middle school students of Nanshan district in Shenzhen city, and in order to provide reference for carrying out health education on AIDS prevention in schools. [ Methods] 1115 students from 5 senior middle schools of Nanshan district in Shenzhen city were surveyed with serf-designed questionnaire. [ Results] The average rate of right answer about basic knowledge, transmit route, non-transmit route and prevention knowledge were 70.1%. 81.8%, 81.4% and 75.8% respectively. There were differences between sexes in all kinds of knowledge except spread route knowledge, and there were also differences among grades in all kinds of knowledge except non-spread route knowledge; the attitude scores of girl students were higher, and the differences among grades were not significant; the incidence rate of some risk behaviors of AIDS such as smoking, drinking, falling in love in middle school and sexual behavior were 15.8%, 69.4%, 45.8% and 6.0%respectively, and the difference between sexes and the difference among grades were significant, the incidence rate of boys was higher than that of girls, and that in higher grades was higher than in lower grades. [Conclusions] There are differences between sexes and difference among grades on some knowledge, attitude and practice (behavior), we should carry out different contents of health education on AIDS towards different students in schools,
