职高生艾滋病知识和态度的健康教育效果评价

EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION OF HEALTH EDUCATION ON AIDS KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE IN OCCUPATIONAL MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS

摘要 [目的]了解职高生的艾滋病知识、态度的现状,评价开展艾滋病健康教育的效果,为在职业中学有效开展预防艾滋病健康教育提供依据。[方法]采取随机整群抽样的方法对常州市某职业高中在校的855名学生进行了艾滋病知识、态度的基线调查,开展艾滋病健康教育,进行干预效果评价。[结果]职高生艾滋病知识的平均知晓率为70.30%,艾滋病态度的正确率为78.15%;采取健康教育干预后,学生对艾滋病知识的知晓率比干预前提高2.12%~72.54%,对艾滋病正向态度率比干预前提高3.64%~16.1%,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),干预指数均大于1。[结论]在职业高中实施艾滋病健康教育是普及艾滋病知识的有效措施。 [Objective] TO understand the current situation of AIDS knowledge and attitude in occupational naiddle school Siudents, and to evaluate the effects of health education on AIDS, so as to provide evidence for undergoing effective health education on AIDS orevention in occuoational middle schools. [ Methods] A baSeline survey about acknowledge and at titude of AIDS was conducted among 855 students selected from a occupational middle school by random cluster sampling. Then health education on AIDS was undergone and the effects of intervention were evaluated. [ Results] The average awareness rate of AIDS in occupational middle school students was 70.30%, the rate of positive attitude towards AIDS was 78.15%. After the health education, the'rate of correct answer for knowledge about AIDS signficantly increased by 2.12%-72.54% (P 〈 0.01 ) than pre-education. And the rate of positive attitude towards AIDS significanfly increased by 3.64%-16.1% (P 〈 0.01 ) . All the intervention indexes were above 1. [Conclusions] Developing health education in occupational middle schools is a very effective method to disseminate the knowledze about AIDS in students.
