摘要
[目的]探讨在大学生中开展院前急救基本知识教育和基本急救技术操作训练的教学效果、必要性及其价值。[方法]在我校2002级~2005级大一学生中开展急危疾病及意外事故的现场医学急救常识多媒体教学;运用“模拟人”、“简易模拟病人”进行CPR操作训练等。[结果]多种形式相结合的教学模式可激发学生的学习积极性,培养学生应对突发急危疾病及意外事故的能力;具有短期与长期、整体与部分及表面与深层价值。[结论]以健康教育手段提高大学生急救知识水平是切实有效的,也是必不可少的,应作为健康教育工作的一项重要内容坚持不懈地开展下去。
[Objective] To explore the teaching effects, necessity and value of the education of elementary knowledge about pre-hospital care and the operating training of first-aid technologies among college students. [ Methods] Multimedia teaching of medical first-aid elementary knowledge was developed among the freshmen from the grade of 2002 to the grade of 2005, the operating training of CPR were carried out by "anthropomorphic dummies" and "simple analog patients" . [ Resuits] The teaching model of different forms could enthuse the students and cultivate their coping capacity with acute and dangerous diseases and unexpected accidents. And it had values of different aspects. [Conclusions] It is effective and indispensable to improve the level of knowledge about pre-hospital care of college students by health education, and it should be carried on consistently.
