黄牛血乳酸、全血钾等浓度检测

Conentrations of Blood Lactic Acid, Kalium,Natrium,Glucose and Phosphorus in Cattle

用常规法测定了青海省湟中县３５头成年黄牛的血乳酸、全血钾、血清钾、血清钠、血糖、血清无机磷浓度。测定结果分别为２．３３±１．４８ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，１２．７３±６．１７ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，４．０６±１．０４ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，１２９．３２±１４．１８ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，２．６４±０．８６ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，２．００±０．５８ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ。

Concentrations of blood lactic acid ,kalium,and serum natrium,glucose and phosphorus of local cattle in Huangzhong county were measured and the results (m mol/L) were respectively 2.33±1.48,12.73±6.17,4.06±1.04,129.32±14.18,2.64±0.86 and 2.00±0.58.
