摘要
目的本试验研究磁性附着体的三种外包裹牙科金属材料对L-929细胞凋亡的影响进而评价其生物相容性。方法分别提取钛、奥氏体不锈钢、钴铬金属的浸提液以25%、50%、100%浓度为L-929细胞接种,并测量细胞凋亡率(AP%)。结果25%浓度的钛合金与阴性组之间的AP%值经统计学分析无显著性差异(P>0.05),金属材料组及阴性对照组与阳性对照组之间,奥氏体不锈钢与钴铬合金之间AP%值的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。三种金属材料的AP%值大小依次为:钛合金<奥氏体不锈钢<钴铬合金。结论本实验证实磁性附着体外包裹的三种牙科金属材料中奥氏体不锈钢,符合临床应用材料的生物相容性要求,为磁性附着体的临床应用提供一定的生物学依据。
Objective To evaluate the biocompatibility of AVSI stainless steel which will be used in the new magnetic attachment by apoptosis-assay for the mouse fibroblast L929 cells. Methods The L929 cells were cultured in extracting liquids of different experimental materials whose concentration was 25%.50%.100%. For 24 hours, the apoptotic rate of L929 cells was determinecl. Results The apoptotic rate of the same material was raised along with the improvement of the density (P〉0.05). There was no difference among the materials. (P〈0.01). Conclusion The AVSI stainless steel meets the requirement for clinical application.
