摘要
目的探讨与评价开放手术治疗输尿管结石的作用。方法回顾性分析326例行开放手术治疗的输尿管结石病人。单纯输尿管切开取石128例,输尿管切开取石同时处理输尿管本身疾患者176例,行一侧肾切除者22例。结果输尿管切开取石疗效满意,成功率为99.7%。结论开放手术操作简便,疗效确切,在处理复杂性输尿管结石时仍具有重要作用。
Objective To explore and evaluate the treatment of open surgery for ureteral calculus. Methods 326 cases of ureteral calculi by open surgery were analyzed retrospectively. 128 cases were received simple ureterolithotomy and 176 cases were received ureterohthotomy and management in the disease of ureter. 22 cases received unilateral nephrectomy. Results The effects of open surgery was approved, and the successful rate achieved 99.7%. Conclusion Open surgery is a simple, safe and effective treatment, and it still plays an important role on treating complicated ureteral calculi.
