本文介绍了横河CENTUM CS1000 DCS系统在PVA生产（主要包括聚合、醇解和回收工艺）中的应用。作者概述了CS1000系统的构成、特点和软硬件配置；着重描述了主要控制系统的功能和组态；介绍了该系统的运行状况和经验。
The article presents the application of Yokogawa＇s CENTUM CS1000 DCS in PVA production （technologies of polymerization, alcoholysis and recovery included）. The author briefly introduces the composition, characteristics and software/hardware configuration of CS1000 system, with an emphasis on functions and configuration of the main control systems. Besides, the author introduces the operation condition of the system and the experience gained.
