摘要
攀钢新钢钒公司炼铁厂4号高炉的1#除尘风机采用东方日立（成都）公司生产的高压变频器（DFCVERTMV2240／6B）调速，以达到实现软启动，降低设备磨损和节能的目的。
The soft starting has been realized, with the goals of reducing machine＇s wear and saving energy fulfilled by using a MV frequency converter （in type of DFCVERT-MV2240/6B） made in Dongfang Hitachi （Chengdu） to control motor speed on No. 1 Dedusing Fan for No. 4 Blast Furnace in the Ironworks, New Steel and Vanadium Company of Panzhihua Iron and Steel. The paper introduces the performance characteristics of the DFCVERT-MV frequency converter, the technological conditions and energy saving analysis and the applicative effect of the system.
