摘要
针对我国Mn3O4生产中存在的问题和风险进行了分析,提出了改进生产工艺、优化产品品种与结构的应对措施:即对上游产品进行控制和结盟,扩大产销规模,化解越来越高的成本风险;适当延伸下游行业产业链,分散因市场变化带来的市场周期风险。
Problems and risks in the production of manganic- manganous oxide at home were analyzed. Countermeasures for improving the production process, optimizing the product variety and structure were put forward, such as expanding the scale of production and marketing by controlling the upstream products and allying with other enterprises so as to reduce the risk of higher- and- higher cost, extending the industrial chain of the downstream industries to disperse the risk due to market change.
