摘要
针对国有企业的现状,从知识管理的内涵及意义入手,提出了企业知识管理的模式,并通过对基于知识管理的知识产权管理进行分类和分析,以利于企业形成具有自主知识产权的核心技术,进而形成核心竞争力,更好地为企业的技术创新工作服务,推进企业现代化进程和提高企业经济效益。
In view of the present situation of state - owned enterprise, and starting with connotation and meaning of intellectual management, the pattern of intellectual management was proposed in this article. By means of classifying and analyzing the managements of intellectual property right related to intellectual management, the core technique with self - determined intellectual property right was taken shape, further formed core competitiveness in an enterprise. Thence it could better serve for in technological innovation, carry forward modernization progress and raise economic profit of an enterprise.
