精氨酸在畜牧业中应用的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 精氨酸是一种碱性氨基酸,是目前发现的动物细胞内功能最多的氨基酸。精氨酸是新生哺乳动物(包括人的婴儿)的必需氨基酸,也是成年哺乳动物的条件性氨基酸(病态情况下)。精氨酸在动物机体内不仅作为蛋白质合成的重要原料,同时也是多种重要物质的合成前体,在动物机体营养代谢与调控过程中发挥重要作用。
