Installation Method of UPVC Ultra-rib Pipe of New Environmental-Protection Material in winter

UPVC(硬聚氯乙烯)加筋管由聚氯乙烯树脂挤出成型,属于柔性管材,具有水流阻力小、抗压能力强、重量轻、耐腐蚀、安装方便迅速、接口无渗漏、不污染地下水等优点。该管材南方已经应用广泛,但在北方尤其是冬季施工尚无较为完善的经验可循。结合沈阳两所大学新校区室外污水、雨水管道实际施工经验,总结出UPVC加筋管的冬季施工方法,供大家参考。

Ultra-Rib pipe is the tough, ribbed PVC non pressure pipe. It＇s flexible, little water resistance, greater compression capacity, and light weight, anticorrosion, easier on installation. It has no leakage at joint and doesn＇t pollute sewage systems. It＇s popularly used in south of China. But in north of China, little experience in winter construction has been reported. Combining with outer door sewage and rainfall practical constructions in two new-built universities in Shenyang, some methods of UPVC Ultra-Rib pipe in winter construction were summarized.
