This article firstly discusses the essence of technological capability and analyzes the trajectory of enterpnse technological capability evolution in developing countries. From the essence of technological capability, we can take the trajectory of technological capability evolution as a cyclical process of knowledge accumulated from quantitative change to qualitative change. Then, taking Shaanxi Automobile Group Co. Ltd as an example, it researches the trajectory of that company. At last, it arrives at the conclusion that developing enterprise technological capability should pay attention to the harmonious development of not only every aspect of technological capability, but also the short-time and long-term development.
