快速固化型环氧树脂防水密封剂的研制

Development of rapidly cured epoxy waterproofing sealant

以环氧树脂、乙二胺、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、气相白碳黑、海泡石等作为原材料,制备了快速固化型密封剂材料。试验了环氧树脂/乙二胺体系、配合剂的配比对配方粘结性能的影响,优选出最佳配方,并对该配方进行了加速老化试验、扩试和应用。结果表明,优选配方的粘结和耐老化性能良好,具有应用价值。

he sealant was prepared with epoxy,ethylenediamine,dibutylphthalate and sepolite.The effects of ethylenediamine and other components on adhesion of the sealant were studied and formula was optimized as a result.In addition,accelerated aging test and extended practice were conducted.All results demonstrate that both adhesion and aging characteristics of the optimal formula are good.
