The Ideological and political education work on the Youth Teachers in the Era of Constructing the Harmonious Campus in Higher Educational Institutes

构建高校和谐校园是高校落实科学发展观,培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的必然要求。高校青年教师是党和国家高等教育事业的继承者和接班人,做好其思想政治工作,发挥其人才优势,对于构建高校和谐校园具有重要意义。本文对当前高校青年教师思想状况的新特点进行了分析,并就如何加强青年教师思想政治工作提出了对策和建议。

Constructing the harmonious campus in higher education institutes is the necessary request to implement the scientific concept of development and to cultivate qualified constructor and reliable successor of socialism. The youth teachers are the continuator and successor of the higher education career of our Party and our country. Therefore, to conduct the ideological and political education work on the youth teacher to exert their talent advantages is with great significance to constructing the harmonious campus. Having analyzed the new characteristics of the youth teachers＇ ideology in higher education institutes, this article also put forward some countermeasures and suggestions of how to strengthen the ideological and political education work on the youth teacher.
