本文就《公司法》中的基础性理论内容——法人人格独立与否认制度作一简要的分析,以便在实际应用中找到二者的平衡点,促进我国社会主义市场经济的快速健康的发展。

This paper aims at analyzing the fundamental theory in the Company law, Independence of Corporate Personality system and Disregard of Corporate Personality system, so as to developing of countries＇ socialist market economy fleetly and healthy through balancing the two systems in practice.
