基于博弈论视角的效率工资探析

The analysis of efficiency-wage based on the angle of game theory

摘要 运用博弈模型分析企业和员工在效率工资博弈过程中的各种行为和采取的策略,从微观和宏观两方面阐述效率工资的实施效果及要求,为企业和政府推行效率工资提供参考。 Using game model, this article analyzed various kinds of play chess behavior and strategies in the course of playing game clearly, then put forward some suggestion for enterprises and the government using the efficiency wage.
