浅议城市亲和力的缺失

A Discussion about Deficiency of Urban Affinity

伴随着经济和社会的持续发展,我国的城市化进程正处于加速向前推进阶段,遗憾的是不少大城市,也包括一些中小城市在其发展的同时,却逐渐丧失了作为城市重要功能之一的亲和力。这其中既有城市发展途中固有的积弊,又有作为城市主导因素——人的原因。文中着重分析了我国城市的亲和力缺失的现状,同时就如何增强城市亲和力,使其发挥积极的作用进行了探讨。作为城市的管理者与被管理者,都应在城市的发展中树立和培养“以人为本”的思想与意识,在强调建设的同时加强引导,在注重权利的同时提倡奉献,这样才能避免城市亲和力的缺失。

With the continuous development of economy and society in China, urbanization process is at the stage of accelerated advance. But it is a pity that many big cities, as well as some small and medium-sized cities, are gradually losing their affinities, one of the important functions as a city. The causes include both inherent abuse of urban development and human factors. In this paper, the situation of deficiency of urban affinity is analyzed, and how to improve urban affinity and make it play an active role are discussed. For either urban administrators or common people, the ＂people-oriented＂ ideas should be established and fostered in the course of urban development, solicitude consciousness should be bred when development is emphasized, and simultaneously dedication be advocated when citizen rights are maintained.
