祛毒化瘀中药复方治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的实验研究

Studies on the Treatment of Chronic Myelocytic Leukemia by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound of Qudu Huayu Formula

目的了解祛毒化瘀中药复方治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的作用机制。方法采取血清药理学和细胞培养的方法,以K562细胞为研究对象,观察祛毒化瘀中药复方对其的影响。结果祛毒化瘀中药复方具有抑制K562细胞生长,促进K562细胞凋亡,下调特征性的bcr/abl融合基因的mRNA表达的作用。结论祛毒化瘀中药复方具有治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的作用。

Objective To study the mechanism of traditional chinese medicine compound of Qudu Huayu Formula on Chronic Myelocytic Leukemia（CML）. Methods The results of Qudu Huayu Formula prescription on K562 was studied by serum pharmacological and cell culture methods. Results The prescription can inhibit the proliferation of K562 cells, accelerate apoptosis and decrease the expression of the characteristic fusion mRNA gene BCR/ABL in CML. Conclusion The prescription has therapeutic effects on CML.
