摘要
通过室内试验,研究分析了水灰比和纤维掺量两个主要因素对聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土抗折强度的影响规律,进而提出了聚丙烯腈纤维混凝土路面优化的配合比设计。在优化配合比研究的基础上,进行了试验路段施工建设,总结了施工程序及注意事项。
The law of the influence of two main factors, water - cement ratio and volume ratio of Polyacrylonitrile fiber, to the flexural tensile strength of Polyacrylonitrile fiber reinforcement concrete ( PANFRC ) is studied and analyzed in this paper by indoor experiment. The optimal ratio of the mixture of PANFRC pavement is then suggested. A trial PANFRC pavement is constructed on the basic of the optimal ratio. The construction procedure and key points for attention of PANFRC pavement are drawn from the trial pavement.
