福瑶新区工程施工质量管理的探析

Analysis of Fuyao New Area Work Construction Quality Management

工程质量是我国经济发展中的一个战略问题,也是二十一世纪市场竞争的焦点。同时,质量水平的高低是一个国家经济、科技、教育和管理水平的综合反映。针对目前质量管理现状,施工企业应当通过对项目的决策、计划、组织、控制和协调等一系列全面质量管理的手段来达到项目质量目标。本文通过对福瑶新区工程施工质量管理进行探讨,并提出相应的对策。

Engineering quality issue is one strategic issue in our national economic developing process, also is market competition focus of the 21st century. At the same time, quality level shows the degree of one country＇s economy, technology, education and management. In view of status quo of quality management, constructional enterprise should reach project quality purpose through a series of overall quality management, including project decision, plan, organizing, control and coordination, etc. This paper has analyzed engineering construction quality management issue of Fuyao New Area, and proposed relevant countermeasures.
